葉の版画作品です。
これは、地層がモチーフの銅版画作品です。
堆積した古い土や石の層からは、かつてそこに生きていた人間や動物たちの息吹を感じます。

この作品は、ソフトグランドエッチングという技法で制作しています。
ソフトグランドエッチングとは、銅板にソフトグランド溶剤を垂らし、鉛筆や割り箸で描画し、腐食させる技法です。
紙に鉛筆で描くように思い通りの線が描画できるのが特徴です。

作品には左下にエディションナンバー(版画のような複数枚同じ作品が存在する場合、刷りの限定部数を記載すること)、右下に作家のサインが入っています。

This is a copperplate art prints by Yoh.
This is an etching with a stratigraphic motif.
The layers of old soil and stones are the breath of the people and animals that once lived there.

I used a technique called soft ground etching to create this piece.
Soft ground etching is a technique in which a copper plate is dipped in soft ground solvent, and then the copper is drawn with a pencil or disposable chopsticks to corrode it.
The characteristic of this technique is that it allows me to draw lines as I would draw them on paper with a pencil.

An artwork has an edition number (if there are several copies of the same work, such as a print, the limited number of copies to be printed should be indicated) at the lower left and the artist's signature at the lower right.
